Works every time

I have chronic insomnia and have for nearly 20 years. I hate sleeping pills because they make it very difficult for me to wake up the next morning, even with low doses. This app is now my go-to remedy. It works every time. Im not sure how long the audio lasts because Im always out before it ends. Ive had this app for quite a while and Ive heard it end once. If I have to use Relax for many days in a row it will take take longer the more I use it but I have rarely had this problem. Great app, highly recommended.
