It really works
If nothing else the breathing techniques you learn will but you into deep calm witching the first 10 min. I put settings on 1)skip the intro 2)long induction or whatever second step is and 3) ALWAYS set these Aps to sleep. Let your alarm with your favorite song wake you up. You get more out of these Aps if you dont let them guide you awake. At least that has been my experience over the last 2 years
